Assistant Director of Hotel Engineering

The Renaissance Baltimore Harbor Place Hotel is seeking an Assistant Director of Engineering , an excellent opportunity for an experienced hotel engineering professional to join a fast-paced environment.

In this role, the Assistant Director of Engineering supports the Director by overseeing daily maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards (including life-safety systems, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical), and implementing preventative maintenance programs. Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring the engineering team, managing budgets and inventories, and maintaining guest comfort through the oversight of repairs, renovations, and facility improvements.

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 yearly
