About the Role:
The Assistant Director of HR plays a pivotal role in supporting the strategic and operational functions of the Human Resources department within the organization. This position is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives that align with the company’s goals and culture. The Assistant Director will collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 5 years of progressive experience in human resources, including experience in employee relations and recruitment.

Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices within the United States.

Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or an MBA with HR focus.

Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.

Responsibilities:

Oversee employee relations by addressing concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a respectful workplace culture.

Support performance management programs by coordinating evaluations, providing guidance to managers, and identifying development opportunities.
