Job Summary
Under the direction of the Associate Vice President of Admissions, the Assistant Director – Lead Performance & Growth is responsible for owning end-to-end lead funnel performance, laddering strategy, partnership with the Marketing department, CRM optimization, analytics alignment, and continuous growth optimization.
Essential Job Tasks: Additional duties may be assigned.
• Owns lead funnel performance within the CRM and integrated systems, including speed-to-lead, conversion optimization, segmentation, routing logic, and yield improvement.
- Leads laddering strategy and governance in partnership with cross-functional departments to ensure consistent pipeline flow, prioritization logic, automation integrity, and student progression efficiency.
- Serves as the primary operational partner to the Marketing department for lead quality optimization, campaign performance, attribution, and ROI analysis.
- Partners with the HubSpot Administrator to ensure effective utilization, data integrity, scalability, and continuous improvement across the CRM and integrated systems.
- Translates analytics and forecasting insights into actionable optimization initiatives, experimentation, and continuous performance improvement.
- Establishes KPI governance, dashboards, and reporting cadences to monitor funnel health, pipeline velocity, and conversion performance.
- Leads cross-functional initiatives supporting automation maturity, AI enablement, and digital transformation across the admissions ecosystem.
- Develops leadership bench strength within lead performance and laddering teams through coaching, succession planning, and capability development.

Knowledge

- Admissions Process – Knowledge of admissions process, including recruitment of students, admissions review cycle, application processing, and applicant communication strategies for both undergraduate and graduate recruitment.

Education & Experience- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in areas such as higher education, sales, marketing, call center, or related field.
- A minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience, including hiring, evaluation, supervision, motivation, and training of professional staff required.
Equipment Used- Office equipment, including computers, telephones, printers, faxes, and copy machines.
- Software used includes Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Blackboard, and internal database software.
Work Environment
Works primarily within a climate-controlled environment within an office setting mostly sedentary with frequent sitting, occasional walking and lifting, and frequent near vision use for reading and computer use. The noise level is generally moderate.
