What You'll Do

• Support oversight of clinical systems and day-to-day nursing operations
• Assist with staff scheduling, interviewing, hiring, and performance management
• Foster a positive team culture through mentorship, engagement, and accountability
• Help develop and maintain nursing programs and quality initiatives
• Complete and review medical documentation, reports, and evaluations
• Step in to support additional operational needs as directed by the DON

What You Bring

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing (Utah)
• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility
• Prior leadership experience in long-term care is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to document clearly and accurately
• A genuine passion for caring for the geriatric population
