Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team at Beaufort Nursing and Rehab in Beaufort, South Carolina. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to set goals and objectives for the nursing department, and develop strategies to achieve them

• Conduct regular rounds to ensure that residents are receiving high-quality care and that staff are providing exceptional service

• Identify and address any staff training needs, and provide coaching and feedback to nursing staff as needed

• Develop and manage budgets for the nursing department, ensuring efficient use of resources

• Foster strong relationships with families, residents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction

Requirements
