Assistant Director of Nursing-RN

The Center at Northridge is now hiring for a Registered Nurse Assistant Director of Nursing. This is a 96 bed all rehab facility that is a very high volume, fast paced facility. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task and able to direct the work flow within the nursing department.

The ADON assists the Director of Nursing in the planning, implementation and directing of day-to-day functions of the nursing department. Makes daily rounds to ensure that all nursing service personnel are performing work assignments in accordance with acceptable nursing standards and reports findings to the DON. Responsible for reviewing documentation accuracy and monitoring medication and treatment schedules are being provided as scheduled.

Must possess a current Colorado Registered Nurse's license and a minimum of 2 years experience as a supervisor in a SNF, hospital or long term care facility. Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to long term care. Successful completion of a background check and drug test is required.

Pay range: $100,00 to $120,000 per year

Will be responsible for on call rotation and available for nights and weekend as needed. Typical schedule will be Monday through Friday on the day shift.
