Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Director of People & Culture to join our organization in 6th of October City, Egypt. This is a strategic leadership position responsible for supporting the development and execution of human resources initiatives, fostering a positive organizational culture, and driving employee engagement across the company. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with senior leadership to enhance our people practices and contribute to building a thriving workplace environment.

Develop and implement human resources strategies and programs that align with organizational goals and support employee development

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes to ensure we attract and retain top talent

Manage employee relations activities, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives

Design and execute organizational development programs to strengthen company culture and employee satisfaction

Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend process improvements

Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies across all HR functions

Collaborate with department leaders to customize HR solutions that address specific business needs

Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth and career path advancement

Maintain and optimize HRIS systems and HR documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility

Support the Director of People & Culture in strategic planning and execution of culture-building initiatives

Prepare HR reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management review
Qualifications-
Minimum 5 years of progressive human resources experience in a corporate environment

Proven expertise in employee relations, recruitment, and talent management

Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, and organizational policies

Demonstrated experience with performance management systems and processes

Proficiency with HRIS platforms and HR analytics tools

Excellent project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Strong analytical abilities with experience interpreting HR data and metrics

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage diverse audiences

Advanced interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Experience in organizational development and change management
