Assistant Director of People & Culture (W/M)

The Assistant Director of People and Culture creates a positive employee journey and experience through operational excellence in People processes, services and engagement. He/she is a champion of People systems, reporting, and foundation, adding value to the business through People data analytics. He/she is an expert in employee engagement by taking lead for activities.

Main Responsibilities
  1. End-to-end staffing process - manage onboarding, resignation and exit interviews, and other services including providing responsive support to employees in the respective portfolio. Also provide necessary support to newcomers.
  2. Employee Experience - ensure a positive employee experience via executing employee engagement initiatives and employee activities with supports from the employee experience team.
  3. People Systems and Reporting - manage and monitor People Systems, reporting and Foundation. Manage people movement, documentation of organization structure, job descriptions, and reporting of staffing, attrition and movement.
  4. Performance Management - provide support and guidelines to employees in managing their KPI setting, check-in, performance conversations, performance appraisals, talent identification and succession management with the Centre of Excellence (COE).
  5. People Development - support and guide employees in creating and monitoring their IDP. Support in identifying development needs and training enrollment.
  6. People Strategies - provide necessary actions and recommendations on people strategies for respective business units and business leaders.
  7. Building culture - take lead in cultural building and employee programs, including wellbeing, agency events, and recognition.
Profil
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in human resources management
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology or any related fields.
  • Strategic thinking and systematic approach in execution
  • Computer literacy - e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Good command of Thai and English languages (both written and spoken). TOEIC score should be presented.
  • Collaborate and play good team member role
  • Able to handle multiple tasks/projects
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Accuracy and attention to details
  • Mature and able to handle related HR issues with executives
