Baron Hotels & Resorts is pleased to announce an exciting career opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Director of Sales to join our commercial leadership team, overseeing our two Sharm El Sheikh properties: Baron Resort and Baron Palms .


Key responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Sales & Marketing in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage and grow key accounts across leisure and tour operator segments
  • Drive market share growth and strengthen relationships with travel partners
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and performance reports
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding results
  • Represent the hotels in sales calls, trade shows, and networking events


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Assistant Director of Sales or in an equivalent senior commercial role within a luxury five-star hotel in the leisure segment 
  • Demonstrable success and strong current relationships with luxury travel partners and agencies.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and driving market share growth.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen with strong strategic planning, analytical, and reporting skills.*
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
