The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end hospitality sales, an extensive network of luxury travel professionals, and a deep understanding of upscale guest expectations.
Qualifications & Skills

Minimum of 2 years in a similar role in a five-star luxury hotel or resort, with a strong focus on Sales Leadership Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email).

Excellent knowledge of Opera PMS

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a 5-star hospitality environment.

Strong network within the luxury travel market, corporate clients, and MICE segments.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue from leisure, corporate, group, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) segments.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and industry networking.

Involve in pricing decisions, month-end report preparation with commentary, and tracking and assessing key performance indicators (KPIs)

Keep sales systems up to date with daily and weekly activities.

Establish and maintain relationships with luxury travel agencies, corporate clients, event planners, and high-net-worth individuals.

Work closely with the Revenue Management team to optimize pricing strategies and maximize yield.

Monitor market trends, guest preferences, and economic factors to adjust sales approaches proactively.

Collaborate with the Marketing Team to ensure brand positioning aligns with sales strategies.

Maintain and grow relationships with key clients, VIPs, and travel industry partners to ensure repeat business.

Represent the resort at luxury travel trade shows, sales missions, and networking events to generate leads.

Develop partnerships with prestigious brands, influencers, and luxury concierge services to enhance brand visibility.

Work closely with Front Office, Reservations, Revenue Management, Food & Beverage, and Spa teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Align with the Marketing team on promotional campaigns, PR initiatives, and digital strategies.

Partner with the Event Planning team to secure high-profile weddings, corporate retreats, and luxury experiences.

Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics to senior leadership.

Prepare monthly and quarterly sales forecasts, budgets, and revenue projections.

Ensure that all sales activities comply with brand standards and corporate policies.
