Qualification & Experience:
Essential
-
MBA (Supply Chain Management) or related Discipline from an HEC recognized University.

Minimum 5 – 7 Years Public Procurement experience.
Desirable
-
Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
-
Shortlisting/ Categorization of lab equipment.
-
Preparation/ review of BOQ of different types of lab equipment.
-
Preparation of bidding documents in accordance with PPRA Rules.
-
Upload the documents on EPADS and address all queries due to system-generated responses or those entered by bidders.
-
Familiarity with reference pricing and market dynamics.
-
Conduct bid opening process on EPADS.
-
Carry out bid evaluations and prepare comparative statements.
-
Be familiar with grievance redressal mechanisms, their legal implications, and response thereto.
-
Preparation of LoIs, POs, and Contract agreements in respect of each procurement.
Monitor and ensure timely delivery.
-
Ensuring quality of goods/ services.
-
Distribution of procured goods to the end users and maintenance of Inventory.
Conduct public auctions.

Last education certificate/degree must be attested/verified by HEC.

Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons:

3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.

NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.

In process of pursuing a required degree.

Medically unfit.
