Job Overview

Assist the driver in loading, delivering, and merchandising beverages and kegs at each customer location in the manner that complies with the customer’s defined expectations and/or requirements. Manual product handling is required. A detailed job description is available upon request.

Requirements

• A valid, current and clean (within company standards) Class A CDL driver’s license.
• A current medical examiner's certificate or the ability to obtain a medical examiner's certificate before being hired.
• Ability to obtain a forklift safety certificate.
• Maintain a clean driving record (within company standards).
• Ability to run a delivery route in the absence of a driver.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English as to establish and maintain effective relationships with co-workers, supervisors and customers.
• Must pass pre-employment background check, strength test, FMCSA query and drug screen (including THC/cannabis).
• Ability to bend, twist and frequently lift up to 40 lbs. and move kegs, weighing up to 165 pounds, up and down stairs and over curbs utilizing a two-wheeled cart.
• Ability to work independently or as a team in a productive manner.
• Ability to get to work on time and complete required work before leaving.
• Ability to deliver products to the designated customers in the manner that complies with the customer’s defined expectations and/or requirements.
• Ability to complete inventory-taking, reconcile payments received, and perform specific services related to or for the benefit of customers.
• Ability to do basic math computations and accurately process deliveries.
• Ability to learn and utilize technology used in the delivery process.
• Ability to perform other duties as assigned.
