Assistant ELV Technician

As a member of the Technical Team, the post holder will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of, setting up and a variety of operational duties in respect of the diverse range of projects.

The Assistant Technician will work as part of the Technical staff team rota and within a flexible shift pattern assigned by the Project Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Help technicians by performing duties requiring less skill. Duties include the following :

-Assist in using, supplying or holding materials or tools, and cleaning work area and equipment.
-Assist in executing plans of electrical wiring for well functioning lighting and other electrical systems
-Assist Technician in connecting wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components
-Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring as pe instruction by the lead Technician or Engineer.

SKILLS

• With electrical wiring skills, cable pulling and termination.
• Experience in industrial and or commercial electrical system.
• Electrical Experience / CCTV / IT will be a plus.
• No relevant educational attainment required.
• Abu Dhabi based candidate will be prioritized.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience and having working experience on the following systems - IP CCTV systems, Security systems, Security Gates, Access Control System, Structured Cabling System and associated IT/ELV System
• Own Visa Preferred
