Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Engineer – Bidding with a Facilities Management (FM) background to support the estimation and tendering process. The candidate will assist in preparing competitive bids, reviewing technical documents, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring accurate cost calculations for FM projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation of technical and commercial bids for FM projects.
- Review tender documents, BOQs, drawings, and specifications.
- Prepare cost estimations for manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontract works.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations.
- Support in site visits and pre-bid meetings when required.
- Prepare tender submission documents and ensure timely submission.
- Maintain database of costs, vendors, and project records.
- Assist in contract review and handover to operations team after award.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering.
- 4–4 years of experience in FM industry, preferably in bidding or estimation role.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and soft services in FM.
- Good understanding of UAE market rates and vendor coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel advanced preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Candidates currently available in UAE preferred.
- Minimum 3-4 years of management experience in Estimation preferred with a valid driving license .

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
