Operate and maintain utility equipment such as{{:}}

• Induced draft cooling towers
• Reciprocating & centrifugal air compressors
• Pumps (centrifugal, submersible, reciprocating)
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical breakdowns.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on compressors, dryers, after-coolers, and associated utilities.
• Identify and resolve leakages and inefficiencies in the compressed air distribution system.
• Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules (PMS).
• Hands-on experience with SAP S4 HANA or similar ERP tools
• Conduct autonomous maintenance practices and ensure compliance with TPM and 6S methodologies.
• Manage spare parts using inventory tools (ABC/VED analysis).
• Familiar with safety systems (HIRA, PTW, IMS)
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to interpret P&IDs, equipment manuals, and service drawings
• Exposure to nitrogen systems, utility operations in steel, chemical, or process industries preferred.
