The Rochester Knighthawks are seeking an Assistant Equipment Manager in Rochester, NY.

The Assistant Equipment Manager will support the Equipment Manager of the Rochester Knighthawks in maintaining and preparing the sports equipment for the team.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assists Equipment Manager in uniform and equipment set-up for practices and game days
  • Coordinates all game day equipment preparations for games
  • Prepare uniforms and equipment for appropriate cleaning
  • Prepares all uniforms and equipment for away games
  • Notifies Equipment Manager when supplies are low so they can be ordered
  • Other job-related equipment as assigned

Minimum Qualifications for the Position:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, and 1 year experience
  • Knowledge of lacrosse supplies and equipment preferred
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
