Premier Events by Melissa is a nonprofit‑focused event planning company producing galas, golf tournaments, festivals, and community fundraising events across the Denver Metro area. We are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Assistant Event Coordinator to join our team for the 2026 event season.
This is a contract position running May through November, with a hybrid schedule: administrative work may be completed remotely, while event‑day support is in person. Hours vary by month, averaging 40–60 hours. Exact hours and days during the week are flexible, but the role does require some daytime weekday availability for client and vendor communications.
