About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Export Manager or Assistant to lead and grow our international sales operations in Agriculture Implements and electrical panels. Responsible for managing developing new international markets, ensuring compliance and building strong relationships with overseas clients and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement export strategies to increase global market share
• Identify and pursue new international business opportunities
• Manage logistics, documentation, and shipping procedures
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to meet customer requirements
• Build and maintain relationships with international clients, agents, and distributors
• Prepare export sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis

Qualifications

• MBA International Trade, Imports & Exports, Foreign Trade, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience as an Export Manager or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of export processes, INCOTERMS, and global logistics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Ability to travel internationally when required

Experience in Outlook and 1 year in exports is mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
