Job Title: Assistant Export Manager/Export Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Assistant export Manager/Export Manager to lead strategic initiatives aimed at driving growth within the manufacturing sector. This role is responsible for overseeing export and international trade operations, managing global supply and distribution coordination, leading the sales team, and executing integrated marketing strategies to strengthen the company's brand presence in both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement short- and long-term business strategies for both domestic and international markets.
• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and drive business expansion.
• Conduct market analysis to understand trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
• Oversee daily operations across sales, marketing, export, and logistics functions.
• Manage budgets for sales, marketing, and export operations; track KPIs and financial performance.
• Lead the sales team, setting goals, providing mentorship, and tracking performance.
• Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels.
• Manage export operations, including logistics, shipping, and compliance with trade regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and international partners.
• Ensure effective use of CRM tools and report on sales and marketing performance.
• Identify new export markets, mitigate risks, and ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in business management, sales, marketing, and export operations.
• Strong knowledge of international markets and export regulations.
