Job description

Role & responsibilities

1.Strong knowledge of technical systems ( MEP ) & day to day operations management.

2.Responsible for overseeing maintenance activities, vendor management & ensuring compliance with safety standards.

3.Coordinate with internal teams & external agancies for smooth functioning of facilities.

4.Monitor budgets, control cost, and prepare operational resports.

5.Ensure timely resolution of complaints & service requests to maintain high resident satisfaction.

6.Drive preventive & corrective maintenance schedules for equipmant & Infrastructure.

7.Support in audits, statutory compliance & documentation related to facility operations.

8.Billing , Work Order Generation , ERP


Preferred candidate profile

1.Candidate must have experience in Facility Management within the real estate industry.

2.Experience in residential & commercial project in real estate.


Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical
