Job Role:

To assist the Facility Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, maintenance, and management of residential buildings or housing complexes to ensure smooth functioning and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Facility Manager in managing housekeeping, security, landscaping, and maintenance teams.

Handle day-to-day operations of residential premises, ensuring timely maintenance and cleanliness.

Supervise AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and vendor coordination for lift, DG set, STP, WTP, firefighting, etc.

Maintain records of complaints, maintenance schedules, and manpower attendance.

Coordinate with residents’ welfare association (RWA) or society management committee for operational updates.

Monitor budgets, utility consumption, and material stock levels.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory norms, and preventive maintenance schedules.

Assist in preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports for management.

Handle small civil, electrical, and plumbing issues and escalate to concerned teams when needed.

Conduct regular inspection rounds to ensure quality standards are maintained.

Required Skills:

Strong leadership and coordination skills.

Good knowledge of residential facility systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).

Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

Vendor and manpower management.

Knowledge of statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, GST, etc.) preferred.

Qualification:

Graduate (Technical background preferred: B.Tech/Diploma

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
