EFS Facility Services is looking for a skilled and experienced Assistant Facility Manager (AFM) to support day-to-day facility operations with a strong focus on electrical systems, HVAC, and building services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical knowledge and the ability to manage maintenance activities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily facility operations
- Ensure smooth functioning of electrical systems and equipment
- Supervise maintenance activities for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and utilities
- Monitor DG sets, UPS, transformers, HT/LT panels
- Handle breakdowns and preventive maintenance schedules
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Ensure safety compliance and statutory requirements
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and checklists
- Support audits and inspections
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues
Technical Skills Required
- Electrical knowledge: Star-Delta starters, breakers, wiring
- DG Sets (DGS), UPS, transformers
- HT Panel & LT Panel operations
- Electrical panels and distribution systems
- HVAC systems including chillers, AHU, and cooling towers
- Basic plumbing knowledge
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Facility Management or similar role
- Experience in commercial or corporate facility operations preferred

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
