EFS Facility Services is looking for a skilled and experienced Assistant Facility Manager (AFM) to support day-to-day facility operations with a strong focus on electrical systems, HVAC, and building services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical knowledge and the ability to manage maintenance activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily facility operations
  • Ensure smooth functioning of electrical systems and equipment
  • Supervise maintenance activities for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and utilities
  • Monitor DG sets, UPS, transformers, HT/LT panels
  • Handle breakdowns and preventive maintenance schedules
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Ensure safety compliance and statutory requirements
  • Maintain maintenance records, reports, and checklists
  • Support audits and inspections
  • Ensure timely resolution of technical issues

Technical Skills Required

  • Electrical knowledge: Star-Delta starters, breakers, wiring
  • DG Sets (DGS), UPS, transformers
  • HT Panel & LT Panel operations
  • Electrical panels and distribution systems
  • HVAC systems including chillers, AHU, and cooling towers
  • Basic plumbing knowledge
  • Preventive and breakdown maintenance

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Facility Management or similar role
  • Experience in commercial or corporate facility operations preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
