Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant F&B Manager with strong night club operations experience to support the daily management of our nightlife venue. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Food & Beverage service, guest relations, team handling, and nightlife operations while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth venue functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the overall operations of the nightclub and F&B service areas.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of bar, lounge, and floor operations during shifts.
- Maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality.
- Supervise and train F&B service staff, bartenders, stewards, and hosts/hostesses.
- Handle VIP guests, reservations, table management, and guest complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with DJs, entertainment teams, and operations staff for smooth event execution.
- Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and performance standards.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and liquor service regulations.
- Support inventory control, beverage costing, and stock management.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and improving overall guest satisfaction.
- Prepare shift reports and operational updates for management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B operations with night club/lounge experience.
- Strong knowledge of nightclub operations, bar service, and guest handling.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and late-night operations.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Hotel management or hospitality qualification preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Candidates from hospitality, lounge, pub, or nightclub backgrounds preferred.
- Experience handling high-volume nightlife operations will be an added advantage.
Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
