Assistant Finance Controller

Position Summary

Responsible for managing group financial reporting, month-end closing, consolidation, audit coordination, VAT compliance, treasury reporting, and finance operations across multiple entities while supporting senior finance leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Perform group consolidation and intercompany reconciliations.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate external and internal audits.
• Monitor AP, AR, payroll, and fixed asset accounting.
• Support treasury reporting and cash flow forecasting.
• Prepare management reports and MIS for leadership.
• Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting.
• Maintain ERP financial records and reporting accuracy.
• Strengthen financial controls and process improvements.

Candidate Profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA/ACCA/ICWA)
• 4–6 years of experience
• Strong IFRS and consolidation knowledge
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel
• UAE VAT and audit exposure
• Multi-entity accounting experience preferred
