Job Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to support the finance department in managing accounts, budgeting, audits, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should be strong in numbers and able to handle day-to-day financial operations with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Review ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and journal vouchers.
  • Handle GST, TDS, tax filings, and statutory compliance.
  • Assist auditors during internal and external audits.
  • Prepare MIS reports for management.
  • Monitor cash flow and support treasury activities.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial data.
  • Guide junior team members when needed.

Qualifications

  • M Com, MBA Finance, or similar finance qualification.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in accounts or finance.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and compliance.

Skills Required

  • Proficiency in Tally and Excel.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Attention to detail and time management.

Preferred

  • Experience in construction or mining is a plus.
  • Experience preparing budgets and MIS reports.
