We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager to join our team and help drive financial insight and operational efficiency across the organization. This is a hands-on role with strong visibility, where your work will directly support decision-making and help improve how we manage and understand our business performance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis, including profit and loss, cash flow forecasting, and cost accounting
• Develop financial models and tools using Excel, VBA, Power BI, and other business intelligence tools
• Collect, organize, and analyze complex data using pivot tables and reporting tools
• Support collections, payments, and treasury activities
• Partner with cross-functional teams on ERP and system implementations
• Assist in building dashboards and reports that track key financial and operational metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5 to 7 years of experience in corporate finance
• Strong experience in financial analysis, collections, and treasury
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup functions (required)
• Experience with macros required; VBA and Power BI preferred
• Solid understanding of accounting principles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Ability to work on-site at our headquarters in Humble, Texas

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
