Assistant Finance Officer

We are seeking a Deputy / Assistant Finance Director to support the company’s financial operations, corporate compliance, and international banking relationships. The ideal candidate will handle communication with UAE authorities and Free Zones, assist in banking processes, and participate in financing projects for vessel and yacht acquisitions.

• Communicate with UAE government authorities, Free Zone administrations, and service providers on corporate matters. • Manage the opening and maintenance of bank accounts for TSL Ocean and affiliated entities. • Assist in identifying and coordinating financing for vessel and yacht purchases. • Prepare and review business plans, financial models, and investment proposals. • Maintain financial documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. • Liaise with auditors, banks, and legal representatives regarding company operations. • Support the Finance Director in daily financial planning and reporting.
