Omel Flowers & Creations is seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Assistant Floral Manager to support daily operations, oversee administrative systems, and lead in-store and digital marketing efforts.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both the artistic and business side of a floral studio — blending operational efficiency with brand growth.
The Assistant Floral Manager will work directly with ownership to modernize processes, improve workflow, increase revenue, and elevate the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Floral & Store Operations
- Assist in managing daily shop operations and workflow
- Support floral production scheduling and order coordination
- Maintain quality control standards for arrangements and displays
- Oversee inventory tracking (flowers, supplies, hard goods)
- Coordinate with vendors and manage supply orders
- Ensure showroom cleanliness, merchandising, and visual presentation
- Step in for customer consultations when needed

- Track and categorize expenses (weekly/monthly reporting)
- Assist with payroll coordination and time tracking
- Organize invoices, vendor accounts, and payment schedules
- Maintain accurate sales records and reporting
- Help improve systems and reduce operational inefficiencies
- Support website updates and product uploads
- Maintain CRM and customer database

Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in retail, floral, hospitality, or small business operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with social media management (Instagram, Facebook)
- Basic understanding of marketing and branding
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with POS systems and e-commerce platforms preferred
- Detail-oriented and solution-driven
- Creative eye for aesthetics and presentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
