Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Job Overview
The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations within the establishment. This role involves managing staff, ensuring high-quality food preparation and service, maintaining inventory control, and upholding safety and sanitation standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists in overseeing Day-to-Day Operations for all outlets including Banquets.
  • Manage credit card handling procedures and ensure accurate reporting through Toast POS.
  • Assists in the ordering of F&B supplies, cleaning supplies and uniforms.
  • Supervises daily F&B shift operation and ensures compliance with all F&B policies, standards and procedures.
  • Assists in weekly inventory of Food and Beverage of all Outlets.
  • Supervises staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs, and financial objective are met.
  • Participates in Team members performance reviews and goal setting.
  • Communicates areas that need attention to staff and follows up to ensure understanding.
  • Coordinates cleaning program in all F&B areas (including General clean), identifying trends and making recommendation for improvements.
  • Stays readily available/ approachable for all guests and team members.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of the brand specific service culture.
  • Provides guidance and hands on training to new hires.
  • Takes proactive approaches when dealing with guest concerns.
  • Reviews guest satisfaction results with employees.
  • Assists in record keeping and tracking of team’s training records and certificates.
  • Analyzes information and evaluates results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned.
  • Comprehends budgets, operating statements and payroll progress report.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $31.00 per hour
