Assistant Food & Beverage Manager - Nightclub

Job Summary

The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager supports the F&B Manager in overseeing the daily operations of restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and nightclub operations. The role ensures exceptional guest service, smooth operations, staff efficiency, profitability, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Candidates with nightclub or nightlife venue experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities1. Operations Management

  • Assist in managing day-to-day F&B operations across all outlets
  • Ensure smooth service flow and adherence to company quality standards
  • Supervise restaurant, bar, banquet, and nightclub operations
  • Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times
  • Ensure proper opening and closing procedures for all outlets

2. Team Supervision

  • Supervise, train, and motivate F&B staff including servers, stewards, bartenders, and hosts
  • Prepare duty rosters and manage staff scheduling
  • Conduct on-the-job training and maintain service standards
  • Handle staff performance issues professionally

3. Customer Service

  • Ensure excellent guest experience and high customer satisfaction
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain hospitality etiquette and premium service standards
  • Build positive guest relationships and encourage repeat business

4. Inventory & Cost Control

  • Assist in inventory management and stock control
  • Monitor food and beverage costs and reduce wastage
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of food and beverages

5. Financial Duties

  • Support budgeting, revenue tracking, and sales analysis
  • Prepare reports related to sales and operational performance
  • Suggest improvements to increase revenue and operational efficiency

6. Event & Banquet Support

  • Coordinate and supervise banquets, private parties, nightclub events, and special functions
  • Ensure timely setup, smooth execution, and service delivery during events
  • Work closely with event and entertainment teams

7. Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations, hygiene standards, and safety policies
  • Maintain required documentation, reports, and audit records
  • Ensure responsible alcohol service and nightclub safety procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in F&B operations in hotels, restaurants, bars, or nightclubs
  • Nightclub or nightlife hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Basic knowledge of financial reporting and inventory management
  • Flexibility to work late-night shifts, weekends, and holidays

  • Strong guest engagement and upselling skills
  • Experience handling VIP guests and nightlife events
  • Ability to manage high-volume operations efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RO500.000 per month
