Assistant Front Office Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and service-driven Assistant Front Office Manager to join our Front Office team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our guests experience seamless arrivals, personalized stays, and memorable departures, all in line with luxury hospitality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Front Office, including Reception, Guest Relations, Concierge, and Bell Desk.

• Ensure smooth check-in/check-out, accurate room allocations, and personalized handling of VIP guests and special requests.

• Respond promptly to guest concerns, turning challenges into positive experiences.

• Supervise, train, and develop the Front Office team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

• Monitor service standards (Forbes/LQA) to ensure consistency in delivering luxury guest experiences.

• Support the Front Office Manager in managing departmental budgets, schedules, and payroll.

• Drive upselling initiatives and maximize revenue opportunities at the desk.

• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and security procedures.


Requirements:

• 3–5 years of Front Office experience in luxury five-star hotels, with proven supervisory or assistant management background.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.

• Proficiency in Opera PMS and MS Office; multilingual abilities are a plus.

• Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.
