Assistant Front Office Manager (Male – Arabic Speaker)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join our hotel team.
Requirements:
- Male candidate
- Arabic Speaker (Fluent) , English ( Fluent )
- 3–5 years of experience in hotels (Front Office Department)
- Strong leadership and guest service skills
Salary:
AED 3,000 – 4,000 per month (based on experience)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily Front Office operations
- Supervise reception team and ensure smooth shift operations
- Handle guest complaints and ensure high guest satisfaction
- Oversee reservations and room allocations
- Monitor online bookings and OTA platforms
- Ensure proper check-in / check-out procedures
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments
- Prepare daily reports and occupancy updates
- Maintain hotel standards and service quality
