We are searching for an ambitious, outgoing Assistant General Manager to join a high-end, lifestyle-led restaurant in the Caribbean. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on guest interaction, smooth operations and building high-performing teams in a luxury environment.

The Role:

• Working closely with the General Manager
• Oversee day-to-day operations across rooms, F&B and guest experience
• Lead, coach and develop the front-of-house teams, with a strong floor presence
• Ensure service standards are consistently in line with international five-star expectations
• Support with budgeting, cost control and maximising revenue opportunities
• Be a visible host, building personal relationships with guests and VIPs
• Drive guest feedback, online reputation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist with training, SOP implementation and cross-department coordination
• Step up in the absence of the General Manager when required

What We’re Looking For:

• Current AGM, Operations Manager or similar leadership role in high-end hospitality
• – e.g. restaurants, luxury resorts, five-star hotels, premium restaurant groups or private members’ clubs
• Naturally outgoing, confident and people-focused, with a strong presence on the floor
• Proven ability to manage and motivate multicultural teams
• Strong understanding of both F&B and rooms operations
• Commercial awareness and comfort working with budgets, targets and KPIs
• Caribbean or island-resort experience is highly advantageous, but not essential
• Flexible, resilient and excited by the pace and lifestyle of island living
• Able to relocate within approximately 4 weeks to align with visa timelines
