Are you ready to take the lead in creating an exceptional guest experience and managing daily operations? We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Assistant General Manager to join our team! Here’s what you’ll be doing:

What You’ll Do:

• Be a leader that does everything: We are all going to be in the cafe, the saunas, the cold plunge pool, cleaning communal spaces and creating a warm and vibrant community in our bathing club to enhance health and happiness.
• Daily operations management: Enhance guest experiences, oversee staffing, scheduling, inventory, and flow seamlessly.
• Team building and coaching: Foster a high-performing, values-aligned team.
• Uphold top standards: Ensure impeccable service, safety, and cleanliness.
• Issue response: Tackle challenges swiftly to maintain a welcoming and beautifully run space.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Proven track record in spa, wellness, hospitality, boutique hotel, or lifestyle space management.
• Open Availability, we are open from 7am to 11pm and the AGM has full availability across that schedule. Weekend availability is also a must.
• Leadership: Skilled, organized, calm, and people-focused, adept at making people feel comfortable as well as gracefully handling conflict resolution
• Communication and operational skills: Be ready to learn from an experienced GM that wants you to grow and move up and show us what you can do. Good Energy is an absolute requirement!
• Regulatory knowledge: Familiarity with DOH regulations and food safety is a plus.
