We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Assistant General Manager to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this pivotal role, you will lead daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient food and beverage management, and a positive team environment. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, uphold food safety standards, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike. Responsibilities

• Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to ensure a high-performing team capable of delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
• Control inventory levels through effective inventory management practices to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to meet operational goals.
• Support shift management by coordinating team efforts during busy periods and resolving customer concerns promptly.
• Conduct interviews and participate in staff hiring to build a talented team aligned with our service standards.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety protocols, and hospitality industry standards.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service while fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Skills

• Demonstrated supervisory experience with staff training, development, and performance management.
• Excellent skills in inventory control, budgeting, and food production planning.
• Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team management, training & development, and conflict resolution.
• Deep understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and hospitality regulations.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining high levels of customer service.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
