We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant General Manager to join our team and lead our operations team with energy and excellence. You will support the overall management , ensuring that we delivers exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, including sales, inventory control, and staff management and leading the team.
  • Lead and motivate team members through effective training, employee orientation, and ongoing development initiatives.
  • Manage customer service standards to ensure a positive guest experience, addressing customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Support hiring processes by participating in interviewing candidates and recruiting top talent for various roles within the hotel..
  • Coordinate shift management, scheduling, maintain optimal staffing levels and operational flow.
  • Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to boost sales performance and enhance store visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, procedures while maintaining a secure environment.
  • Support budgeting efforts by monitoring expenses and managing purchasing activities to meet financial objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and foster a positive work culture.
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and organizational abilities.
  • Experience with employee orientation, training & development programs, and recruiting processes.
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $52,878.27 - $63,681.35 per year
