Qualifications & Experience
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management
- 10–15 years of experience in sales & marketing
- Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership role (AGM / DGM / Sr. Manager level)
- Strong experience in Chennai real estate market (preferred)
The AGM – Sales & Marketing is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets, expand market presence, and strengthen brand positioning in Chennai and surrounding markets. The role involves team leadership, channel management, customer relationship management, and coordination with internal departments.
Sales Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Lead and manage the sales team, channel partners, and brokers
- Drive site visits, conversions, bookings, and closures
- Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance reports
- Handle key clients, high-value negotiations, and customer escalations
- Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies
Marketing Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, events)
- Coordinate with agencies for branding, advertisements, and promotions
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Support project launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and open houses
- Optimize marketing budgets for maximum ROI
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Train, motivate, and evaluate sales & marketing teams
- Coordinate with CRM, legal, finance, and project teams
- Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and consultants
- Prepare MIS reports and present performance updates to management
