We are looking for an experienced AGM – Facility (Technical Services) to oversee and manage end-to-end technical operations across our corporate and co-working facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day facility operations and technical maintenance.
  • Oversee MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building management systems (BMS).
  • Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
  • Manage vendor performance, AMC contracts, and service-level compliance.
  • Coordinate facility readiness, fit-out works, and infrastructure upkeep.
  • Ensure statutory compliance, safety audits, and energy efficiency.
  • Guide and mentor a team of facility executives and technicians.

Requirements

  • Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics – mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years in technical facility management.
  • Strong exposure to corporate real estate, co-working spaces, or commercial facilities.
  • Proven ability in vendor management, cost optimization, and technical operations leadership.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
