We are looking for an experienced
AGM – Facility (Technical Services)
to oversee and manage end-to-end technical operations across our corporate and co-working facilities.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage day-to-day facility operations and technical maintenance.

Oversee MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building management systems (BMS).

Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

Manage vendor performance, AMC contracts, and service-level compliance.

Coordinate facility readiness, fit-out works, and infrastructure upkeep.

Ensure statutory compliance, safety audits, and energy efficiency.

Guide and mentor a team of facility executives and technicians.
Requirements

Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics – mandatory.

Experience: Minimum 10+ years in technical facility management.

Strong exposure to corporate real estate, co-working spaces, or commercial facilities.

Proven ability in vendor management, cost optimization, and technical operations leadership.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
