About the Role
We are seeking an experienced AGM – HR to lead the Human Resources function and drive people initiatives that align with overall business goals. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end HR operations, talent management, compliance, and performance systems to support growth and organizational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Define yearly and quarterly manpower plans and HR department budgets.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment — from sourcing and interviews to final selection.
- Oversee onboarding and induction for smooth new hire integration.
- Formulate and implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices.
- Establish performance management systems with KRAs, KPIs, and appraisals.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis and create annual training plans and calendars.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Integrate HR processes with ERP/HRMS for data accuracy and analytics.
- Manage disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Keep the HR team updated with market trends and build their capabilities.
- Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies across all teams.
- Prepare and present HR MIS reports and analytical insights to management.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Any Graduate (MBA in HR preferred)
