Job Description:

The Assistant General Manager (Sales) will play a pivotal role in driving the sales strategy for RA Construction’s Real Estate Sales division. This individual will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, achieving ambitious sales targets, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:
  • Provide ongoing training and development to enhance team skills.
  • Motivate and inspire the team to achieve peak performance.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Sales Strategy:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Set and track sales targets for the team.
  • Sales Execution:
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Identify and address sales bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Handle client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Streamline sales processes and implement best practices.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer data and track sales activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate sales management would be preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • A deep understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
