Job Summary
The Administrative & Graphic Design Assistant provides support to the business owner by handling basic graphic design tasks, performing general administrative duties, and assisting with day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, small business setting.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design Support

Assist with floor plans and mockups for store design/planning

Create and update simple marketing materials such as signage, visual merchandising/displays, print and digital graphics, and presentations.

Make minor edits to existing designs, including resizing, formatting, and text/image updates

Ensure designs follow established brand guidelines

Prepare digital files for print, production or online/digital use as needed

Perform basic photo editing or image cleanup for use on marketing materials or product design
Administrative Duties

Perform general administrative tasks such as scanning, data entry, filing, and document organization

Maintain digital and physical records

Support basic office operations and special projects as assigned
Owner & Operations Support

Assist the company owner with day-to-day tasks and priorities

Help coordinate projects and follow up on action items

Handle miscellaneous duties as needed to keep operations running smoothly

Serve as a reliable point of support across departments or functions
Qualifications

Basic graphic design experience and familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace

Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities

Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Professional communication skills, both written and verbal

Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role

Experience working in a small business or supporting an executive/owner

Basic knowledge of print production
