```Job Overview:```

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of our outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on position that requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

```Duties:```

- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as weed-eating & mowing lawns

- Remove debris and maintain cleanliness of outdoor spaces

```Skills:```

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Experience with power tools and hand tools used in groundskeeping

- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques

- Familiarity with lawn care practices such as mowing, trimming, and edging

- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues or hazards

- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
