Assistant Head Housekeeper Part-Time

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Assistant Head Housekeeper to join our team. This is a hands on leadership role--you will be actively cleaning alongside the team while also helping oversee daily operations.

• Schedule:
• Saturday thru Monday
• 8:00AM - approximately
• till 2:00PM - (until work is completed)
• --15 hours per week (additional hours possible during peak season)
• Pay: $19-$20 per hour (based on experience). Paid biweekly.
• This is a working leadership position. The Assistant Head Housekeeper will assist with managing the housekeeping team while actively participating in the daily cleaning tasts to ensure all standards are met.
• Responsibilities: Perform hands-on cleaning duties daily
• Assist in overseeing housekeeping operations
• Help hire and train new team members
• Ensure quality control and high cleanliness standards
• Lead by example and support team productivity
• Help organize supplies and workflow
• Requirements:
• Prior experience in housekeeping, management or the cleaning industry (at least one required)
• Comfortable with hiring and training staff
• Highly reliable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically able to bend, lift and be on your feet for the shift.
