Job Summary

Duties
- Assist in overseeing daily hotel operations, including front desk activities, guest services, and housekeeping coordination
- Support the management of guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring high satisfaction levels
- Supervise staff members across departments such as front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance to promote teamwork and productivity
- Contribute to revenue management strategies by monitoring occupancy rates, pricing strategies, and promotional efforts
- Assist with budgeting processes, expense control, and financial reporting to meet operational targets
- Participate in hiring, training, and human resources activities to develop a motivated and professional team
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and industry standards such as night audit procedures and phone etiquette protocols
Skills
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest communication and service excellence
- Proven supervising experience within hospitality management or hotel operations
- Strong knowledge of revenue management techniques and budget oversight in a hospitality environment
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest services excellence
- Solid understanding of hotel management systems, front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and night audit processes
- Leadership qualities that inspire teams, foster collaboration, and promote a positive work culture
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle phone etiquette professionally in a fast-paced setting
- Experience in human resources functions such as staff scheduling, training, and performance management
