Assistant Housekeeping Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Assistant Housekeeping Manager with 3–5 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have strong operational knowledge of IDS software and Tally ERP, with a solid understanding of hotel housekeeping management, inventory control, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage housekeeping staff schedules, training, and performance.
  • Monitor room inspections, linen usage, and cleaning supplies.
  • Maintain housekeeping records and inventory using IDS software and Tally.
  • Coordinate with front office, maintenance, and laundry departments for smooth operations.
  • Ensure proper upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
  • Implement and monitor cleaning procedures and safety standards.
  • Assist in budgeting, cost control, and purchasing of housekeeping materials.
  • Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
  • 3–5 years of housekeeping experience in hotels or resorts.
  • Proficiency in IDS software and Tally ERP is mandatory.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
  • Ability to manage teams and multitask efficiently.
  • Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
