Assistant Housekeeping Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, motivated individual to help lead our growing short-term vacation rental team. This an excellent opportunity for a housekeeping lead or experienced inspector who is ready for more!

In this role, you will work closely with the Housekeeping Manager to help oversee daily operations across multiple vacation rental properties, support our housekeeping team, and ensure every home is guest-ready to 5-star standards.

Responsibilities

  • Help lead daily housekeeping operations across multiple properties.
  • Support scheduling and routing for housekeepers and finishers.
  • Inspect homes for quality, presentation, and guest readiness.
  • Troubleshoot same-day turnover challenges and last-minute issues.
  • Manage supplies, linens, and team support needs.
  • Assist with cleaning and property resets when needed.

Requirements

  • Hotel housekeeping supervisor, lead housekeeper, inspector, vacation rental cleaning.
  • Strong eye for detail and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
  • Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and quick turnaround.
  • Reliable transportation is a must.
  • Scheduling flexibility
  • Reliable smart phone.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week

Experience:

  • housekeeping : 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Drivers license (Required)
