We're building something different: an AI-powered operation that automates the back office so we can invest heavily in the people who actually touch the product. Our housekeeping team isn't a cleaning crew — they're hospitality professionals, and we treat them that way.

We're obsessed with Will Guidara's Unreasonable Hospitality philosophy. Every guest should walk into a property and feel like someone genuinely cared. That starts with the people doing the work.

The Role

You'll partner with our Housekeeping Manager to raise the bar on quality, develop our cleaning teams, and help scale a hospitality operation that's growing fast. This isn't a clipboard-and-checklist job. You'll coach people, solve problems in the field, run inspections, train new team members, and be the person who makes sure our standards hold as we grow.

What You'll Own

Quality & Standards — Run property inspections, spot trends in cleanliness scores, and close the gap between "clean" and "guest-ready." Coach cleaners in real time, not after the fact.

Training & Development — Onboard and train deep cleaners on SOPs, time management, and attention-to-detail standards. Develop Team Leads into real leaders — teaching delegation, quality checks, and accountability.

Team Culture — Be the bridge between management and the field team. Recognize great work loudly. Address issues directly and respectfully. Build a team people want to be on.

Operational Support — Flag supply shortages, assist with scheduling when needed, surface recurring issues to leadership, and help drive improvement initiatives.

• You've led or coached a team in hospitality, housekeeping, or a field operations environment
• You're detail-obsessed but also people-first — you can hold a high standard without making people feel small
• You communicate clearly and directly, whether you're coaching a cleaner or updating your manager
• You're comfortable in the field — this is not a desk job
• You take ownership. If something's off, you fix it or flag it. You don't wait to be told
