We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant HR & Admin to support our Human Resources and Administrative functions. The ideal candidate will help manage day-to-day HR operations, assist in recruitment and onboarding, maintain employee records, and ensure smooth coordination of office and event-related administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Assist in posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave registers.
  • Help plan and execute employee engagement activities.

Administration:

  • Oversee general office management and ensure a well-organized workspace.
  • Handle vendor coordination, quotations, and procurement for office/event requirements.
  • Assist with event-related tasks.
  • Support the management team with scheduling, correspondence, and internal communications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
