III. Job Purpose
The primary purpose of the Assistant HR Executive role is to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT positions, ensuring the selection of qualified candidates who align with TheraYog’s mission, culture, and values, while also overseeing brand collaborations and conducting quality audits of calls and chats to maintain service excellence.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in recruitment, specifically for Non-IT roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office, and Google Workspace and experience with HRMS software.
