Job Description:

Logon Broadband Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a female Assistant – HR Relations who is passionate about building a long-term career in Human Resources. This is a junior-level position ideal for fresh candidates looking to begin their professional journey in HR.

The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, polite and convincing communication style, and a genuine interest in interacting with people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make calls to candidates for interviews and follow-ups.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and department heads.
• Maintain applicant records and assist in basic HR documentation.
• Manage and engage audiences on the company’s social media pages (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Support HR team in daily employee relations tasks.
• Prepare and maintain data using MS Word and Excel with accuracy.

Requirements:

• Gender: Female
• Age: Below 25
• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (BBA/BA/Equivalent)
• Experience: Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Soft-spoken, polite, and professional tone
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel
• Basic understanding of HR and social media engagement
